5月31日，第65次邀请分数413分，邀请3877人，不限职业和类别。6月6日起快速通道要引入法语加分和兄弟姐妹加分本次邀请距离上一次的邀请仅仅5天，而且这次邀请创下了常规邀请（联邦技术移民和加拿大经验类移民项目）分数的目前最低分，而且邀请人数也接近4000人，可谓新规前的一份大礼，不过，我们认为410左右很可能是邀请分数线的底部了，没有这个分数的同学要么朝着这个分数努力，要么建议考虑省提名移民项目。

Determination — number of invitations
1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on May 31, 2017, and ending on June 1, 2017, is 3,877.

(2) Foreign nationals who, on May 31, 2017, at 12:13:35 UTC, have been assigned a total of 413 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014, and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.
