这次邀请分数从上一次的413分剧烈上涨到449分，我们的观点是，这一现象的主要是时隔四周没有邀请，池子里积累了一定数量的申请人。接下来几周会慢慢降低到430分到440分之间，但上次413分的新低在相当长一段时间内不会再重现。
技工类移民这次邀请也并没有得到优待，但我们认为移民部会时不时邀请池子里所有的技工，对技工类专业有兴趣的申请人可以留意。

Determination — number of invitations
1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on June 28, 2017, and ending on June 29, 2017, is 3,409.
Required rank
(2) Foreign nationals who, on June 28, 2017, at 13:17:07 UTC, have been assigned a total of 449 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014, and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.
