2017年11月1日,快速通道Express Entry第75-76次快速通道邀请同时放出。因为只邀请省提名和技工类移民的申请人，所有看邀请分数是241分，实际上没啥意义。反过来说，分数这么低的情况下，我们有理由相信这次邀请了绝大部分的省提名和技工类申请人，因为这个分数基本上池子内所有的这个类别的申请人应该均已被邀请。
类似的情况，只邀请技工移民和省提名（邀请所有此类别的申请人）并且没有进行常规邀请，上次移民局发这种大礼是5月底的第63-64次邀请。目前，我们认为未来一周内就会进行一次常规邀请，分数和上次应该差不多。
目前来开，虽然针对技工类别的申请人邀请频率偏低，但每次都邀请池子里所有的技工类申请人的这种趋势还是很明显的。分数低的技工类申请人可以偷着乐了。而正在为移民项目彷徨，又不愿意去省提名项目最稳妥的省份（比如曼省）的申请人也多了一个选择，就是技工类的。

Determination — number of invitations
1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on November 1, 2017, and ending on November 2, 2017, is:
- in the case of foreign nationals who are members of the class referred to in paragraph 2(c) of the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, 505; and
- in any other case, zero.

(2) Foreign nationals who, on November 1, 2017, at 12:55:44 UTC, have been assigned a total of 241 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014, and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.
